SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed between Monday-Friday will ship within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Costs

Jewelry Orders under $150: $12
Jewelry orders over $150: FREE
We do not offer overnight shipping.
International Shipping: We are currently unable to ship orders internationally

All orders over $450 may require a signature at delivery for the carrier to insure the item. 

Item Availability

All items sold online are subject to availability. We will try our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be refunded for the out of stock item.

RETURN POLICY

If you are trying to return something it must be within 15 days of purchase (on our website only). It also must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It can not be broken or we will not be able to honor the refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your information is safe with us. All of your data name, address and other personal information is never sold or giving out to anyone. This information is only used to be able to look up your orders and for shipping.

All card info stored or saved on your account with us is not viewable and we can only see the last 4 digits of your card info. This is so that we can validate your card in the case of a return or a dispute.
